Refund Policy

We deliver custom professional services. Refund eligibility depends on delivery status and product type. We stand behind our work and resolve legitimate concerns directly.
General Policy
All MediaIn360™ services involve custom professional work that begins immediately upon payment confirmation and discovery call completion. Because our deliverables are custom-created and immediately begin accruing labor upon engagement, our refund policy reflects the nature of bespoke professional services.
The MediaIn360™ Audit — $395
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested before the discovery call is completed and work has not commenced.
- After work begins: No refund once Blueprint production has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with a completed Blueprint, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will address specific concerns with revisions.
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver within the stated 5 business day window without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund.
The MediaIn360™ Build — From $895
- Before work begins: Full refund if requested before Blueprint production commences.
- During production: Partial refund based on work completed, determined at our discretion.
- Upon delivery: No refund after ZIP delivery. If delivered work contains functional errors preventing basic browser rendering, we will correct them at no charge within 14 days of delivery notification.
The MediaIn360™ Control Package
- Before shoot day: Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled production date. 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of production date.
- After shoot day: No refund after production is completed. If delivered files are technically defective, we will address the specific defect.
- Weather or safety cancellation: Full reschedule at no charge if production day is cancelled due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond client control.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info[at]mediain360[dot]com or call 954-367-9274 with your name, engagement date, product, and reason for request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you have a concern about a deliverable, contact us before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in termination of service and reporting to relevant payment processors.
