We use the information you provide to deliver the evaluation and corrections you requested, to communicate with you about your order, and to improve our own service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your evaluation results

Your scorecard, corrections, and any materials you submit remain yours. We do not publish findings about your business publicly without your knowledge and separate agreement.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver your package and respond to any follow-up questions, and as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
