Businesses with no physical location. Our Control package is built around capturing a real space that real customers visit. If there is nothing to capture we cannot help you with that product.

Businesses expecting overnight results. Foundation work takes time to compound. Traffic takes time to convert. Anyone promising you that traffic tomorrow fixes everything is lying to you.

Businesses that want us to manage their accounts, hold their passwords, or become a monthly dependency. That is not what we do. We design, build, deliver, and leave. If you need someone to run things for you indefinitely, we are not that company.

Anyone who wants the 360° Control package before their digital foundation is solid. We will tell you this directly in the first five minutes. We would rather lose the sale than set you up to waste the investment.

We tell you honestly, specifically, and without softening it. You receive a clear explanation of what is broken, in what order of priority, and what your options are to fix it. You can fix it yourself using the Blueprint we provide. You can hire us to build it. You can hire someone else entirely. We are not anti-anyone. We just will not move forward until the foundation is ready.

If you come back after fixing it, we will be here. If you never come back, we hope the roadmap helped.

No. Every product we offer is a one-time engagement with permanent ownership transferred to you at completion. We do not rent you visibility. We do not charge monthly fees. We do not create dependency by design. This is a philosophical position, not a pricing strategy. The moment you download your ZIP, we are done unless you choose to come back for something else.

RFQ stands for Request for Quote. It is a document you send to a designer before hiring them that tells them exactly what you need built, what success looks like, and what the deliverable requirements are. Without one, designers quote vaguely, scope creeps, and disputes happen. With one, a designer either accepts the spec or tells you upfront they cannot meet it. Either answer saves you money and time.

We write it for you as part of the Audit. You send it. They respond. You hire or you do not.

Fiverr and Upwork are the two largest platforms for finding front end designers. Both have thousands of qualified people at every price point. We include a complete hiring guide in your Audit ZIP that walks you through how to search, what to look for in a profile, what questions to ask before hiring, what red flags to watch for, and how to know when the job has been done correctly.

We do not quote prices for what designers charge because that market fluctuates constantly. What we can tell you is that a clearly specified Blueprint executed from our wireframes and copy is a straightforward job for any competent front end designer.

Hand them the ZIP. The Blueprint contains everything they need to execute without a single question back to you. If they are a competent front end designer they will understand every deliverable. If they come back with questions that the Blueprint already answers, that tells you something useful about whether they read it.

A front end designer is the person who takes a blueprint and makes it look like a real website on a real screen. They handle the visual execution — the colors, the fonts, the photos, the layout on different screen sizes. They are not the same as a developer who builds software. Think of them as the person who builds the house from the architect's drawings. We are the architect. They build the house. You own the house.

You do not need to know anything about design or code to work with one. You hand them the document. They ask clarifying questions about your brand colors and any photos you want included. They build. You review. You approve or request changes. That is the entire relationship.

Yes. The full Audit is included at no additional charge with every Build engagement. The Blueprint is the foundation we build from — it would be impossible to do the Build without it. You are not paying twice.

$895 is the starting price for up to five pages. A standard business website — home, about, services, contact, and one supporting page — falls within this scope. If you need more pages, a larger service architecture, or a more complex build, that becomes a custom engagement and we discuss scope and pricing directly. There is no ceiling on what we can architect. There is just a different conversation for larger projects.

We deliver a ZIP file containing your complete website as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. This is the universal web standard. It works on every hosting platform on Earth — Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Squarespace export, any server anywhere. No WordPress. No plugins. No platform dependency. Your site works everywhere without any subscription to any third party service.

You log into your hosting account, open the file manager, navigate to your public folder, and upload the files from the ZIP. If you have ever moved files on your computer you can do this. Your hosting company almost certainly has a tutorial video for this exact task. If you truly cannot do it yourself your hosting company will often do it for a small fee or your designer can do it as a simple task.

We include step-by-step upload instructions specific to the most common hosting platforms inside your ZIP.

Never. We do not ask for passwords. We do not access hosting accounts. We do not touch your website backend. We design and build entirely on our side and deliver the finished files to you. You upload them. That is the entire model. We are the architect. Architects do not move into the buildings they design.

The Build delivers a fully functional, conversion-optimized website built to the Blueprint spec. If you want custom brand colors applied, your own photography inserted, or specific interactive features added, those are front end customizations that a designer handles after delivery. We build the architecture. A designer handles the cosmetic layer. You own both.

This is intentional. Our expertise is conversion architecture and behavioral science. A designer's expertise is visual execution. Keeping those roles separate produces a better result than trying to merge them.

The founding rate is $1,979. There are five founding spots. When they are gone the rate changes. Founding spots are reserved on a first-come, first-qualified basis. Qualified means your foundation has passed the Audit. We do not sell Control to a business with a broken foundation regardless of the price offered or the urgency expressed.

We come to your physical location with everything needed for the shoot. We capture the full 360° spherical tour of your space, all still photography, and all video clips in one session. You do not need to prepare anything special beyond having your space in normal operating condition. The session typically takes two to four hours depending on the size of the space. You continue operating normally. We work around you.

The full 360° tour file ready for YouTube and Google Business. Fifty or more professional still photos. Thirteen to fifteen spherical images formatted for Google Business Profile. Twelve to fifteen short-form social clips in vertical format ready for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. A 45-day content calendar with every caption, every description, every hashtag, and every tag already written. Branded intro and conversion outro on every clip. It is a document. You open it to the correct date. It tells you which piece of content to post, on which platform, with the exact caption already written. You copy the caption. You select the content file. You post it. That is the entire process for that day. New content every two days for 45 days. No strategy decisions required. No social media manager required. No. We produce everything. We hand it to you. You or whoever you designate does the uploading to your YouTube, your Google Business Profile, your social accounts. The ZIP contains instructions specific to each platform so clear that anyone who can follow a numbered list can execute them correctly. We are the architect. We do not move in.

We are based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Audit and Build are delivered entirely remotely — we need your website URL, not your physical address, and we deliver a ZIP file anywhere. The Control package requires a production day at your location. We currently serve South Florida for on-site production. If you are outside South Florida and want Control, contact us — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your market right now.

Results depend on your market, your competition, your pricing, how you execute the deliverables, and factors that exist entirely outside our work. Anyone who guarantees you specific revenue numbers from any marketing product is not telling you the truth.

What we can say honestly: a solid digital foundation converts better than a broken one. Immersive media increases dwell time and trust. A 45-day content calendar executed consistently outperforms sporadic posting. These are documented patterns, not guarantees.
