The Shoot

What actually happens the day we show up.
What actually happens during the shoot?
We walk through your business with a 360° camera, capturing every room and angle in one continuous take. You keep running your business while we shoot around you — no cast, no script, typically 20–40 minutes depending on the space.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just have the space looking the way you'd want a customer to see it. We handle the equipment, the editing, and the publishing.
What if we don't have a storefront — we're a mobile or van-based business?
We shoot your van, equipment, or crew instead of a building — the point is showing who's actually going to show up, not that you have a fixed location.
How long until it's published after the shoot?
Editing and publishing typically takes a couple weeks — we'll give you a specific timeline when we schedule your shoot.

The Discovery Network

Where your video actually lives once it's published.
What is a "Visual Discovery Network," really?
It's what your video becomes once it's published deliberately across every surface that matters — your own landing page, YouTube, an interactive tour, your Google Business Profile, AI/voice search, our directory, and a trackable offer — instead of sitting in one place. See the full breakdown →
Why does this matter for AI search specifically?
Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity — plus voice assistants like Siri and Alexa — increasingly answer questions directly instead of showing a list of links. They can only recommend a business they can actually read or watch. Most small businesses have neither. This closes that gap.
Does this replace our existing Google Business Profile photos?
No, it doesn't touch them. The walkthrough is featured through a separate Google Post linking to it, so nothing in your existing photo gallery gets replaced or removed.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile for me?
No — we feature your video on your profile through a linked Google post, but day-to-day management (reviews, hours, your other posts) stays with you. We're a video production and SEO company, not a Google Business Profile management service.

FindIt

The hidden-reward mechanism, and why it exists.
What is FindIt?
A reward hidden inside your 360° experience. You choose the offer — a discount, a freebie, anything you want — and people explore longer trying to find it.
Why does exploring longer actually matter?
Longer watch time is a real signal platforms like YouTube use to decide how widely to show a video. FindIt is doing two jobs at once — exciting your customers, and getting your video seen by more of them.
Do people have to find it to get the reward?
No — past a certain point of exploring, the offer reveals either way. FindIt is bait to keep people watching, not a test they can fail.
How do you actually know an offer got used, not just seen?
Your landing page shows a unique code the moment someone reveals your offer, and a staff member confirms it at the register. That gives you three real numbers — found, interested, redeemed — instead of a guess.
Can I change my offer whenever I want?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard — a weekly special, a seasonal offer, whatever keeps people coming back.

Pricing & Billing

What it costs, and what happens if you stop paying.
How much does this cost?
$1,497 one-time for the full production and setup, $29.97/month to keep it live and see your numbers. See the full Pricing page →
What do I get with the monthly dashboard, and what happens if I cancel?
The dashboard lets you edit your offer yourself and see live analytics. Your production is licensed as part of an active subscription — if you cancel, you get a grace period to reactivate by resuming payment. After that window passes, everything is fully removed: video, landing page, and the linked Google Business Profile post. We don't keep an archive, so returning after that means a new production.
Do I own the video?
No — your production is licensed for display as part of your active subscription, not sold outright. It carries MediaIn360 branding by default; an unbranded version is available separately. See Pricing →
Why would I need a refresh shoot?
Businesses change — a remodel, a new menu, new signage. A stale walkthrough works against you the same way an outdated photo does. A refresh keeps everything reflecting what a customer will actually see.

Is This Right For My Business?

Short answer: yes. Longer answer below.
Does this work for any type of business?
If customers can find you, we can help them experience you — restaurants, retail, hotels, medical offices, contractors, entertainment venues, and more. Find your specific type on the homepage →
What if my business is too small, or too new?
There's no minimum size. A smaller space shoots faster, and a newer business often benefits most from establishing real, findable presence early.
I don't see my exact industry listed — does that mean it doesn't work?
No — the categories are examples, not a limit. Reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether this fits.
