MediaIn360 provides a video production of your business built from photos you send us, published to your own dedicated landing page and our YouTube channel, with a ready-to-paste Google Post linking straight to it, for you to add to your own Business Profile. Exclusive Territory Network customers also receive a dashboard showing found, interested, and redeemed activity, live offers they can edit, and FindIt (a hidden-character engagement layer), under a separate written agreement.
$199 one-time for production and setup. $24.97/month to keep your landing page and video hosting active, along with your access to the included tools. No contract — cancel anytime. The Exclusive Territory Network is a separate, managed program offered by conversation under its own written agreement.
Every Found First order includes a read-only check of your current website's publicly available pages, delivered as a match report. It does not change your site. If you want us to correct the back end of your site, we quote that separately after the audit and do it only under a written authorization you sign, using access you grant. The work is limited to the behind-the-scenes layer (such as page titles and descriptions, image text, structured data, sitemaps and redirects) and is not a redesign or a rewrite of the words on your pages. We back up before making changes and keep a change log. Some platforms do not allow certain changes, and no one can promise changes to a site on a third-party platform are free of risk. We improve findability; we do not guarantee rankings, traffic or results. Correction work is included with the Exclusive Territory Network.
The $199 production fee is non-refundable once work has started. Our policy is intentionally simple: no refunds, on anything, for any reason. You can cancel the $24.97/month subscription anytime, but cancelling means that, once the 21-day grace period described below has passed, your video and landing page go offline permanently, and any link you posted stops working — see "What Happens If You Cancel" below. If you're not sure this is right for your business, please ask us questions before you buy rather than after.
Your production and hosting are licensed as part of an active subscription, not sold outright. If you stop paying, you get a 21-calendar-day grace period to catch up before anything changes — reactivating during that window is as simple as resuming payment. If the 21 days pass without payment, everything is fully removed: the video comes down from YouTube, and your landing page is taken offline, so any Google Post you added no longer leads anywhere. This is permanent — we don't keep an archive of removed footage, so getting back in after that means a new production, not a reactivation. Any link to your page or video used elsewhere — your own website, email signature, printed materials, a QR code — will stop working once removal happens, so plan accordingly.
Your production is licensed for display as part of an active MediaIn360 subscription, carrying MediaIn360 branding — it isn't transferred to you as an owned file. Specific terms are confirmed in your production agreement at booking.
Your offer is set when your Found First page is built, and a standing offer can be written into the page. Changing offers yourself, live, along with FindIt and the dashboard, is part of the Exclusive Territory Network program under its own written agreement. MediaIn360 isn't responsible for disputes over how an individual offer is honored in-store — that's between you and your customer, the same as any in-store promotion.
The service is intended for real, operating businesses. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for content or offers that are fraudulent, illegal, or misleading.
