MediaIn360 provides a 360° video production of your business, published to your own dedicated landing page and our YouTube channel, featured on your Google Business Profile through a linked post, and built into FindIt (a self-serve offer and engagement layer) and a dashboard showing found, interested, and redeemed activity.

Your production and hosting are licensed as part of an active subscription, not sold outright. If you stop paying, you get a grace period to catch up before anything changes — reactivating during that window is as simple as resuming payment. If the grace period passes without payment, everything is fully removed: the video comes down from YouTube, your landing page is taken offline, and the Google Business Profile post is deleted. This is permanent — we don't keep an archive of removed footage, so getting back in after that means a new production, not a reactivation. Any link to your page or video used elsewhere — your own website, email signature, printed materials, a QR code — will stop working once removal happens, so plan accordingly.
Your production is licensed for display as part of an active MediaIn360 subscription, carrying MediaIn360 branding by default — it isn't transferred to you as an owned file. See Pricing for the optional unbranded version. Specific terms are confirmed in your production agreement at booking.
You set and control your own offer through your dashboard. MediaIn360 isn't responsible for disputes over how an individual offer is honored in-store — that's between you and your customer, the same as any in-store promotion.
The service is intended for real, operating businesses. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for content or offers that are fraudulent, illegal, or misleading.
