When a business signs up, we collect the business name, category, address, and contact information provided at signup, so we can schedule production and run the service.
When a customer interacts with a business's 360° experience — viewing it, revealing an offer through FindIt, or having a redemption confirmed by staff — we store a record of that interaction (a claim ID, timestamps, and redemption status) so the business's dashboard can show real, accurate numbers. We don't collect a customer's name, email, or phone number unless the business's own offer form asks for it directly.
Data is used to operate the service: running your dashboard, tracking found/interested/redeemed numbers, and keeping your production live. We don't sell customer or business data to third parties.
Business and engagement data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, under access controls (row-level security) that scope each business to its own data.
This site does not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it before any such tool goes live.
A business owner can request a copy of, or deletion of, their account data at any time by contacting us. Ending a subscription does not delete historical redemption records used for your own past reporting unless you specifically request removal.
