By using this website or engaging MediaIn360™ services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and (d/b/a MediaIn360™), a Florida limited liability company.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
MediaIn360™ provides Business Visibility Infrastructure™ services including:
Specific deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in writing prior to production. Services are performed at the client's physical location or designated job site within South Florida unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Founding Member Rate: $749 one-time payment, due before the production date is scheduled. This rate is available to a limited number of early clients and is subject to change after the founding member program closes.
Standard Rate: $1,979 one-time payment, applicable after the founding member program closes.
All payments are due in full prior to scheduling the production shoot. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as specified at time of booking. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued except as provided in Section 5 (Infrastructure Guarantee).
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the completed package, all produced assets transfer permanently to the client. This includes all photos, video clips, tour files, and digital assets produced during the engagement.
The client receives unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use all delivered assets for any business purpose.
retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks (including the Level Zero Score™, FINDIT™ behavioral conversion system, and Business Visibility Infrastructure™ systems), software, and processes. The client receives no license to these underlying systems beyond what is embedded in their delivered assets.
MediaIn360™, Business Visibility Infrastructure™, FINDIT™, Level Zero Score™, and LevelZeroBuild™ are trademarks of . Unauthorized use is prohibited.
If we fail to deliver any promised asset as specified in the written engagement confirmation, we will correct it, replace it, or recreate it at no additional charge until every agreed deliverable is complete and functional.
This guarantee applies specifically to the delivery of the agreed physical and digital assets. It does not extend to:

Failure to provide access on the scheduled production date forfeits the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless , its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Engagements already in progress are governed by the terms in effect at the time of payment.
