Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of CORXIT evaluations and corrections. By submitting materials or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The service

CORXIT provides a behavioral evaluation of everything a customer sees against our 36-criteria standard, along with written corrections, wireframes, and supporting files, delivered as a single package. This is a one-time correction, not a subscription or ongoing service.

What's included

The specific items included in your package are listed on the product page as of the date of your order.

The guarantee

If delivery exceeds 48 hours from receipt of your materials, 50% of your payment is refunded automatically. If anything listed in your package is missing, we will complete it at no additional cost. CORXIT does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales or conversion rates, as these depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, market conditions, and pricing.

All sales are final at the moment of purchase

The moment your payment is confirmed, work begins. Everything we build is custom-designed specifically for your business — it cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed for anyone else. Once we start, there are no refunds, for any reason, at any point.

In exchange: miss our 48-hour delivery window and you're refunded 50% automatically. Miss anything promised in your package and we finish it free. Those are our obligations, and we keep them.

If something's wrong, call us. We'll fix it. That's always the first step, and it's a real one.

But if you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of calling us — on an order we delivered in full — we will contest it, we reserve the right to pursue you in small claims court, and you will never be able to purchase from CORXIT again. That decision is permanent.

Jurisdiction

No matter where you or your business is located, any dispute, claim, or lawsuit arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of Florida. By purchasing, you agree to that jurisdiction and waive any right to argue otherwise, regardless of your location.

Implementation

CORXIT provides corrected copy, wireframes, and instructions. Building or implementing those corrections into a live website, sign, or other material is the client's responsibility, whether done by the client, a hired designer or developer, or another party.

Ownership

Once delivered, all corrected copy, wireframes, and materials created specifically for your package are yours to use, edit, and implement as you see fit.

Limitation of liability

CORXIT's evaluations reflect our documented standard at the time of review. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation choices made by the client or third parties acting on the client's behalf.
