Is resident privacy protected during the shoot?
Yes — take your photos and frame them specifically to avoid capturing residents or private information.
Do you show private resident rooms?
Typically a vacant model room and common areas — not occupied resident rooms, for privacy reasons.
Can this show off specific amenities, like dining or activity spaces?
Yes, dining rooms, activity spaces, and outdoor areas are often the most persuasive part of the video.
Does this help families who live far away and can't easily visit in person?
Yes — this is one of the strongest use cases, letting an out-of-town family member evaluate a community remotely before a decision that often has to move quickly.
Do you serve Davie?
Yes — we work with businesses anywhere. You send photos, so there is no visit and no travel.
Do I need to be there?
No. You send photos from wherever you are, and we do the rest.
